What is transdisciplinary public interest design?

Transdisciplinary public interest design is an approach to design that allows the expertise of different disciplines to collaborate with communities to work through complex challenges. The projects represented on this site are examples of relationships that have been ongoing for one to six years. This long-term investment allows us to develop strong, trusting relationships with the communities involved.
