Graphic design students created service design projects to keep conference attendees feeling welcome, heard and engaged, as well as  directed to where they needed to go.

The conference wouldn't have been possible without the support of the City of Morgantown, various colleges at WVU, professional and nonprofit organizations.

The schedule of events included talks by thought-leading speakers, engaging workshops, and a banner campaign in the city.
